Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Salesforce - Remote to lead the strategy, administration, and modernization of the Salesforce platform across the organization. You will drive a multi-year roadmap, deliver automation and AI-enabled experiences, and partner with senior leaders to realize measurable business value.

You will manage a high-performing Salesforce org, oversee budgets and vendor relationships, and communicate progress and strategic recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; HS diploma acceptable.
• 6 years' experience with CRM apps; 3+ years with Salesforce.
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and implement Salesforce AI capabilities to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Lead complex Salesforce initiatives including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and self-service capabilities.
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, mobile apps, AI-enabled self-service platforms.
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization focused on value delivery and governance.
• Oversee requirements gathering, design, testing, and maintenance to align Salesforce with business goals.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate and support architectural and integration solutions across Salesforce.
• Manage Salesforce budget and vendor relationships; assess build-vs-buy options.
• Provide executive updates on progress, value, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
