Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Salesforce to lead strategy, administration, and modernization of the Salesforce platform. You will drive a multi-year roadmap, oversee AI-enabled capabilities, and manage a high-performing team across sales, account management, and client-facing functions.

You will collaborate with business and tech teams, manage budgets, and communicate progress to executives while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of CRM experience with at least 3 years in Salesforce.
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
• Lead initiatives including pricing, quoting, guided selling and self-service.
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions and integrations across platforms.
• Build a high-performing Salesforce organization and manage budgets.
• Provide executive updates on progress, value, risks, and dependencies.
