Job summary

Spring Health is a global mental health company building a Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence to unify teams, drive scalable architecture, and align CRM with revenue goals. This fully remote, full-time role reports to the Senior Director, Sales Systems & Data and leads engineers, admins, and analysts while partnering with Product, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Security.

You will establish governance, enforce standards, manage releases and CI/CD, and reduce technical debt.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, including Salesforce engineers, developers, admins, or CRM professionals.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience with data modeling & architecture, Flow, Apex, SOQL, LWC, integration patterns, and security.
• Experience owning architecture and governance for a complex, highly customized Salesforce environment with multiple integrations.
• Experience consolidating fragmented teams, backlogs, development practices, or processes into a unified operating model or Center of Excellence.
• Experience with modern release management and DevOps practices, including version control, environment/sandbox strategy, CI/CD, and deployment tooling.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with demonstrated success partnering with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and other business functions.
• Experience owning intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning for a shared technology platform serving multiple business functions.
• Experience managing technical delivery and team workflows in Jira or a comparable work-management platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence, consolidating work across multiple teams into a unified operating model with clear intake, prioritization, technical standards, and ownership while reducing duplicated and shadow CRM development.
• Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers, administrators, and analysts. Set clear expectations and career paths, align team members to their strengths, and identify and hire for critical capability gaps.
• Own Salesforce platform architecture and technical governance, including data model integrity, declarative versus programmatic development standards, security and sharing models, release management and CI/CD, environment strategy, and technical debt reduction.
• Bring sufficient technical depth to lead architecture and design reviews, evaluate tradeoffs, and challenge solution choices directly, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with platform standards.
• Partner across Product, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Security to align the CRM roadmap with business priorities, translate strategy into a sequenced delivery plan, and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Establish operational rigor for the Salesforce platform, including SLAs and support models for production issues, monitoring and incident response, documentation standards, release processes, and scalability planning ahead of business growth.
• Create a culture of platform ownership and continuous improvement that balances near-term business needs with the long-term health and scalability of Spring Health’s CRM ecosystem.
