Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6 years CRM experience with at least 3 years Salesforce.
• 1 year of leadership/people management.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and implement Salesforce AI capabilities to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Lead complex Salesforce initiatives including configuration, pricing, quoting, and self-service.
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions like Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and mobile apps.
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization focused on delivering value.
• Coordinate requirements, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with tech and business teams on integration across Salesforce and other systems.
• Manage Salesforce budget, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
• Provide executive updates on progress, value, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
