Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated seeks a Salesforce Technical Architecture & Strategy Lead to drive architecture and strategy for the CF patient services platform built on Salesforce. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and implement cutting-edge solutions, and ensure seamless operation of the Salesforce platform to support patient services.

You will lead DevOps, define roadmaps, and contribute to AI-driven initiatives while maintaining high quality and compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software engineering or related technology field.
8 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms and Agentforce.

Responsibilities

Lead platform architecture, strategy and technical initiatives for Mosaic (Salesforce-based technology).
Define, manage and optimize DevOps framework for CF and scale to other disease areas.
Drive call centre implementation and ensure cross-disease architecture considerations.
Document and validate architecture, specifications, and design sessions with cross-functional teams.
Provide input to strategic direction and develop roadmaps for patient services capabilities.
Lead platform communications and manage release schedules with partners and vendors.
