Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, discovery sessions, and process reviews.
• Create high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, business process flows, functional requirements, and supporting documentation that are clear and testable.
• Support requirements for Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), including product configuration, product modeling, pricing and pricing rules, quoting, renewals, Quote-to-Cash / quote-to-order workflows, and related business processes.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders on backlog refinement, requirement prioritization, sprint readiness, and change-impact analysis.
• Work closely with Developers and QA Engineers to clarify requirements, resolve functional questions, and support implementation, validation, and defect triage.
