Xoriant US Staffing is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst specialized in CPQ for a long-term contract in San Jose with remote work options. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into Salesforce features, and support UAT and training.

You will define test strategies, create test scripts, coordinate UAT sessions, log defects, and ensure timely resolutions while documenting BRDs and user guides. Strong CPQ and SDLC knowledge is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, CPQ and UAT preferably with Go-To-Market systems, New offer launches, Acquisition Integrations.
• Functional knowledge of CPQ processes.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA).

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Salesforce buying platform.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed user stories.
• Create and maintain BRD, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
• Develop training materials and documentation for new features and changes.
• Define test objectives, strategies, and plans for UAT phases.
• Collaborate to translate requirements into test scenarios and cases.
• Develop detailed test scripts to validate functionality, usability, and reliability.
• Coordinate with end users for UAT sessions and log defects to resolution.
• Log defects, prioritize by criticality, and ensure timely fixes.
• Re-test resolved defects and maintain quality standards.
• Assist in user training sessions and create user guides and FAQs.
• Identify process improvements within the testing lifecycle and contribute to best practices.
