The ideal candidate will drive CPQ LMR requirements from discovery through UAT and release, bridging the gap between business and technical teams. Key responsibilities include requirements elicitation, user story translation, and facilitating workshops. Excellent documentation and communication skills are crucial. Experience in the MedTech domain is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Salesforce BA experience with at least 3 years of Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience supporting enterprise UAT cycles.
• MedTech / Healthcare domain exposure is preferred.

Role Summary

• Business Analyst responsible for driving CPQ LMR requirements from discovery through UAT and release, acting as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation for CPQ LMR enhancements
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
• Define pricing, product configuration, and quoting scenarios
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
• Validate solution aligns with agreed LMR scope and assumptions
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and business sign offs
• Coordinate closely with CPQ developers during PST hours
