• The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, Salesforce CRM processes, process mapping, documentation, UAT, and Agile methodologies.
• The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand business requirements, identify process improvements, and support successful Salesforce project delivery.
• 5+ years of Business analyst role
• Experience in Salesforce is added advantage
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation to support solution design.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
