University System of Maryland (USM) Advancement Consortium seeks a Change Management Lead to drive organizational readiness for the Salesforce CRM platform across eleven institutions. You will shape adoption, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to Salesforce.

You will collaborate with the CRM Project Director and campus partners to monitor adoption, address resistance, and sustain long-term success of the technology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
5 years in organizational change management, technology adoption, or related field.
Experience supporting enterprise tech or CRM implementations.
Proven ability to lead communications and training for user adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead change management strategy within Salesforce Center of Excellence.
Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and user readiness plans.
Conduct readiness assessments and mitigate adoption risks across campuses.
Align change activities with milestones, training, and go-live events.
