Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in change management, training delivery, enablement, or a related discipline.
• Experience conducting change impact analyses and stakeholder assessments to identify process impacts, readiness needs, and adoption risks.
• Strong business process knowledge and ability to translate changes into clear, role-based training.
• Experience delivering training across live, virtual, on-demand, or blended formats.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder assessments and detailed change impact analyses.
• Translate changes into training and enablement plans for user adoption.
• Develop change readiness approaches aligned with program milestones.
• Define role-based training strategies for large-scale initiatives.
• Deliver training through live, virtual, on-demand, and blended formats.
• Collaborate with leaders, partners, and implementation teams on messaging and enablement.
• Create microlearning and self-paced content; keep training catalog updated.
• Provide coaching and user support to improve proficiency and adoption.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adoption feedback to identify risks and improvements.
