Job summary

University System of Maryland is seeking a Change Management Lead to guide organizational readiness, communications, and training for the shared Salesforce CRM across eleven institutions. The role drives adoption, engagement, and sustained usage, coordinating closely with the CRM Project Director and campus stakeholders.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of change management experience, with strong skills in stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five (5) years of progressive change management experience.
• Experience with enterprise tech implementations (CRM/ERP).
• Experience in communication, training, and user adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program's change management strategy within the Salesforce Center of Excellence, aligning with roadmap and governance.
• Drive platform adoption across eleven institutions through stakeholder engagement, communications, and user readiness.
• Conduct readiness assessments, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with CRM Director, stakeholders, and implementation teams to align activities with milestones and go‑live events.
