Qualifications

• Seven+ years of project/program management experience in large CRM or enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and data governance principles.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder programs and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day Salesforce CRM implementation across eleven institutions within approved scope and budget.
• Manages integrated project plan, roadmap, and governance-aligned communications.
• Oversees vendors, consultants, and cross-institutional collaboration to ensure adoption and delivery.
