Job summary

The Change Manager will lead change activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, readiness planning, and user adoption support across projects. Remote or hybrid work is possible with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or major enterprise technology changes.
• Strong change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
• Experience developing change plans, readiness materials, training support, and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support change management strategy and execution for a Salesforce implementation.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams, and end users to understand impacts and adoption needs.
• Develop change impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, and readiness materials.
• Support training coordination and reinforcement activities.
• Help identify resistance, adoption risks, and opportunities to improve user readiness.
• Translate technical changes into clear, practical messaging for business users.
• Track adoption feedback and help drive continuous improvement.
