Job summary

The University System of Maryland is seeking a Change Management Lead to guide organizational change for the Technology Modernization Program and the shared Salesforce CRM across eleven USM institutions.

You will develop and execute strategies to promote stakeholder engagement, communication, training, user readiness, and technology adoption, ensuring a smooth transition from the legacy CRM to Salesforce and sustainable value realization.

Qualifications

Required Education Level/Certifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience leading organizational change management, technology adoption, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, or related fields.
Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Leads change management strategy within the Salesforce Center of Excellence in alignment with the project roadmap.
Drives adoption across institutions through stakeholder engagement, communication, and user readiness strategies.
Conducts readiness assessments and develops mitigation strategies for adoption challenges.
Partners with directors and implementation teams to align change activities with milestones, trainings, and go-live events.
Develops and executes communications strategies for features, releases, and milestones.
Manages change communications calendar and ensures messaging is timely and actionable.
Develops and maintains a network of change champions and feedback mechanisms.
