CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst focusing on Salesforce to bridge business needs with IT capabilities. You will engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements, translate them into actionable designs, and drive implementations across Sales Cloud and related analytics tools.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise CRM analysis, strong communication, and experience with Tableau and Salesforce analytics.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 5+ years as a business systems/CRM analyst.
5+ years of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings with senior management.
Experience with Tableau/CRM analytics and certifications are a plus.

Mansioni

Facilitate discussions with business groups to define needs and translate to requirements.
Model As-Is and To-Be processes, use cases, and user stories.
Collaborate with IT to translate requirements into technical specs.
Support discovery, solution design, testing, and adoption of AI-enabled Salesforce features.
Define reporting requirements and build dashboards in Tableau/CRM analytics.
Track progress and manage risks and timelines.
