Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with Salesforce and CRM implementations. You will drive requirements, model processes, and work closely with IT to deliver scalable solutions across enterprise projects.

You will also design dashboards with Tableau, enable analytics, and guide AI-enabled Salesforce features adoption, ensuring governance and data quality throughout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Analyst, or similar role for enterprise systems or CRM platforms.
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills; able to lead meetings and present to senior management.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience (5+ years) required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to define needs and translate into quantified requirements.
• Define As-Is and To-Be processes, use cases, and requirements.
• Collaborate with IT to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau and CRM analytics.
• Support discovery, solution design, testing, and adoption of AI-enabled Salesforce features.
