CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will lead requirements gathering, model As-Is/To-Be processes, and collaborate with IT on specifications.

Responsibilities include driving discussions, shaping AI-enabled Salesforce use cases, and enabling governance with data quality and security. A background in analytics with Tableau is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise systems.
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience (5+ years) required.
• Tableau, CRMA, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud and Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with business groups and translate needs into quantifiable requirements.
• Define As-Is and To-Be processes, use cases and user stories.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure requirements translate into technical specs.
• Provide governance and analytics context for AI-enabled Salesforce features.
• Leverage Tableau/CRM analytics to define reporting requirements and dashboards.
