Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and translating needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, automation, security, data models.
• Good understanding of Salesforce administration and distinguishing standard functionality from customization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce implementation methodologies and the SDLC.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, requirements, and priorities.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery discussions.
• Analyze existing Salesforce processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects and technical leads to ensure requirements are translated into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide functional expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Work with Salesforce administrators, developers, QA teams, Scrum Masters, and project/program managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support solution validation, functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Participate in Salesforce roadmap discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a Salesforce functional SME, guiding business and delivery teams.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and project requirements.
