Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join our Chicago-based team. You will partner with business groups and IT to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for enterprise Salesforce projects, including Einstein and AI-enabled features.

You will drive requirements across Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, translate needs into actionable specifications, and help define reporting with Tableau and CRM analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience (5+ years) required; Tableau, CRMA, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, and Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience interacting with end-user CRM adoption for Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Previous Insurance Industry experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with business groups, define needs and translate into quantifiable business requirements.
• Define current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes, use cases, and plans; build consensus and validate requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between business groups and IT development to clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure requirements become technical specifications meeting business needs.
• Leverage Tableau and CRM analytics to define reporting requirements and dashboards.
