Spire Global seeks a Salesforce Administrator & Developer to own our CRM stack (Salesforce & HubSpot) and to drive Go-To-Market technology. This technical role covers admin, development, integrations, and architecture to deliver scalable, reliable CRM solutions and strong user adoption across Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Salesforce Admin/Developer experience.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Admin and Platform App Builder required; Platform Developer I preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM data models.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce Admin tasks: user management, permissions, data management, and health checks.
• Lead technical delivery of system improvements: scoping, testing, and end-to-end deployment.
• Build dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Ops stakeholders.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and HubSpot, NetSuite, and other systems.
