Job summary

Storable is seeking a Manager of Business Systems to lead a Salesforce-centric team that supports GTM and post‑sales tech across verticals. You will balance strategic roadmap ownership with hands‑on oversight, driving scalable solutions and strong governance.

The role emphasizes people leadership with hands‑on technical work, integrations, and AI‑driven improvements, delivering reliable systems for Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration, development, or business systems in SaaS/tech environments.
• 2+ years of people leadership for admins, developers, or tech contributors.
• Strong knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities (Flows, Apex, LWC, Sales/Service Cloud, data modeling).
• Working understanding of integration patterns & tools (Workato, APIs, middleware, GTM apps).
• Ability to prioritize with clear stakeholder expectations.
• Experience using AI tools to improve design, documentation, or processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Salesforce Admins, Developers, and tech contributors.
• Oversee design, configuration, and development of Salesforce capabilities (Flows, Apex, LWC, CPQ).
• Set standards for architecture, data governance, and automation scalability.
• Partner with leadership to define vision, roadmap, and strategy for Salesforce and GTM tech.
• Translate business goals into actionable system initiatives with prioritization frameworks.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through requirements, code reviews, and change control.
