Job summary

Spire seeks a hands-on Salesforce Administrator & Developer to own the CRM foundation (Salesforce & HubSpot) and support go-to-market operations. You will bridge complex business needs with scalable technical solutions, ensuring usability and adoption across Sales and Marketing teams.

You will lead admin, development, integrations, and architecture end-to-end, addressing data quality, performance, and platform stability in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Salesforce Administrator and Developer experience with data modeling and validation rules.
• Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications required; Platform Developer I preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations: REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Strong understanding of B2B funnel mechanics and pipeline management.
• Ability to own end-to-end technical delivery from architecture through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration — user & permission management, configurations, data management and system health.
• Design and implement automations using Salesforce Flow.
• Lead technical delivery of system improvements: scoping, building, testing, deploying changes end-to-end.
• Manage Salesforce releases, sandbox environments, and deployment processes.
• Maintain data quality standards across Salesforce Sales Cloud and HubSpot Marketing Hub (deduplication, enrichment, hygiene).
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders in Salesforce.
• Provide L2 support and troubleshooting for CRM users across the organization.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Own integrations between Salesforce and connected systems (HubSpot, NetSuite, CPQ, enrichment tools).
