Job summary

Club Pilates Midland is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the studio to prospective clients, bring in new prospects, close memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail sales.

The role also focuses on retaining current members through stellar customer service. A fitness background is preferred but not required; candidates with strong sales backgrounds are ideal. This is a full-time, on-site role in Holland, MI with base pay, commission, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours during the workday.
• Must have excellent public speaking skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process from lead generation to follow-up and close.
• Conduct studio tours and identify members' needs.
• Maintain personal sales production at target levels.
• Promote the studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills and take on additional duties as assigned.
