Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the studio, attract new prospects, and close memberships and services. The role emphasizes customer service and a strong sales drive in a fitness environment.

Ideal candidates bring sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to learn the Club Ready software. Some travel may be required, and growth paths into management are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Fitness background preferred but not required; strong sales background welcomed.
• Must be able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours and handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct studio tours and assess prospective member needs.
• Maintain personal sales production and contribute to monthly quotas.
• Present services to current or prospective members and book quality appointments.
• Participate in events to promote the studio and recruit new members.
• Develop selling skills and take on additional duties as assigned.
