Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support the General Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service at our studio. This part-time role requires strong sales, communication, and administrative abilities to handle tours, follow-ups, and events.

Responsibilities include lead management, appointment setting, and representing the studio at community events, with opportunities for growth into additional sales and management positions.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication via in person, phone and email.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
• Conduct studio tours to build rapport and facilitate sales.
• Know products, programs and pricing; emphasize studio objectives.
• Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quota.
• Support GM in events and community outreach; maintain a clean, inviting studio.
• Develop selling skills and take on other duties as assigned.
