Job summary

Club Pilates - New York is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the studio, attract new prospects, and close memberships, private training, and related services. The role emphasizes superb customer service to retain members and drive growth.

A fitness background is preferred but not required; strong sales experience is highly valued. A dynamic, client-focused approach will help build our local community and drive studio success.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to learn and use Club Ready software.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Hearing sufficient to understand conversations in person and on the telephone.
• Must work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional and effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the studio while assessing prospect needs and desires.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and enforce studio objectives as a fitness provider.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills and take on additional duties as assigned.
