EY is seeking a Sales Transformation Manager to join the EY Studio+ team, based in the US. You will lead cross-functional workstreams across lead-to-cash, shaping sales strategy, processes, and technology to accelerate revenue growth and improve efficiency.

Travel 50-80% is expected, domestically and internationally. The role requires 5+ years in consulting or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus), and the ability to mentor teams while delivering client workshops and strategic

• 5+ years in consulting or industry roles with commercial focus.
• Experience leading teams and facilitating client workshops.
• Strong problem solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery with on-time, on-budget performance.
• Create and manage the engagement resource plan and budget.
• Collaborate with client executives to assess sales strategies, capabilities, processes and tech.
• Mentor junior team members and foster growth and collaboration.
• Stay ahead of trends in sales operating models and AI.
