Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Sales Transformation Manager to join the EY Studio+ practice in the Sales Transformation area. You will lead workstreams across lead-to-cash processes, shape sales strategy and technology adoption, and collaborate with client executives to drive revenue growth and efficiency.

You’ll guide cross-functional teams, facilitate client workshops, and mentor junior staff while staying ahead of industry trends and emerging AI-enabled sales practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year) in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA or equivalent can be considered.
• 5+ years of work experience in consulting or industry with focus on commercial functions or related technologies (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing).
• Experience leading teams and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Experience facilitating client-facing meetings and workshops.
• Strong problem solving, mature judgment for internal and client-facing situations.
• Ability to contribute to strategic design of projects across multiple industries.
