Job summary

MaxxSouth Broadband seeks a Sales Trainer to design, coordinate and deliver training for the sales organization. You will work with subject matter experts to create timely curricula and materials, onboard new hires, and identify skills gaps to improve performance.

You will deliver both in-person and virtual sessions, monitor sales objectives, and report on training effectiveness. A strong focus on communication, organization, and adherence to policies is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to design and deliver sales training programs.
• Experience in onboarding and coaching sales teams is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Design training curricula within time and budget requirements.
• Onboard new sales people and conduct skills gap analyses.
• Develop training materials and programs with subject matter experts.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness and outcomes.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for Retail, Call Center, and MDU Sales.
• Provide coaching to improve trainee performance and drive sales results.
