Job summary

Buckeye Broadband is seeking a Sales Trainer to deliver in-person and virtual training for the sales team, focusing on sales techniques and closing skills. The trainer will work with subject matter experts to create timely training sessions for field teams.

Responsibilities include designing curricula within budget, onboarding new hires, analyzing skill gaps, developing new training materials, and measuring training impact to improve sales performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation abilities.
• Proficient PC use in Windows environments.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Design training curricula within time and budget requirements.
• Onboard new sales people.
• Conduct skills gap analysis to identify improvement areas in the sales division.
• Research, develop, and build new sales materials for effective training.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify process issues and implement solutions.
• Monitor sales objectives and results.
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
• Report on training effectiveness and trends in employee development.
