Job summary

MaxxSouth Broadband is looking for a Sales Trainer to deliver in-person and virtual training for the sales team, focusing on selling techniques and closing skills. The role includes designing curricula, onboarding new staff, and collaborating with SMEs to keep content timely and relevant.

Responsibilities include analyzing skills gaps, developing new training materials, monitoring outcomes, gathering feedback, and reporting on effectiveness to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years Sales Training experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Background check and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Design training curricula within time and budget requirements.
• Onboard new sales people.
• Conduct skills gap analysis to identify improvement areas within the sales division.
• Research, develop, and build new sales materials required for effective training.
• Work with sales teams to uncover issues with current processes and implement potential solutions.
• Monitor sales objectives and results.
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
• Report on sales training effectiveness.
• Evaluate employee development trends.
• Delivery, review, and maintenance of training programs to meet organizational needs.
• Serve as an SME for programs supported.
