Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a driven training leader to oversee sales and training across East Tennessee. You will deliver new hire curricula, conduct 12-week follow-ups, and ensure compliance with essential courses in classroom or virtual settings.

You will partner with site leadership, monitor progress, and coach teams to improve metrics such as VPG and close rates, while coordinating with regional training leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in sales, training, or leadership roles.
• Must obtain a real estate or timeshare license where you reside, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire training curriculum in classroom onsite and/or via virtual sessions using approved scripting.
• Lead 12-week follow-up trainings with weekly module delivery.
• Facilitate tests and ensure compliance with required training courses.
• Maintain monthly training calendar and track progress with regional leadership.
• Coach and support new hires; monitor performance and budgeted targets.
