Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Sales Trainer to support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of Sales Representatives and Consultants in the assigned market. The role requires collaboration with Sales Operations to hit recruitment, onboarding, revenue, and customer experience targets.

Responsibilities include coaching plan delivery, field training, ride-alongs, and occasional in-home demonstrations with travel across the market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in direct selling or outside sales.
• 1+ year of experience in training and coaching outside sales representatives.
• Ability to translate training into real-world applications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver coaching and training plans to meet market goals.
• Ensure reps meet sales and quality KPIs.
• Support in-field training and development of reps.
• Identify development opportunities and provide feedback to managers.
• Conduct in-home demos and provide sales quotes when needed.
• Travel throughout the assigned market and other duties as assigned.
