Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Training Manager to lead Wyndham sales training at our Orlando site. You will deliver the Play to Win and Road to Success curricula, coordinate online testing and compliance, and work with regional leaders to uplift performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Wyndham sales experience in frontline or in-house sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence in a training context.
• Must obtain a real estate or timeshare license in the state of residence, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Wyndham training across the site, including classroom delivery and follow-up modules.
• Support Specialist Presenter team for training and compliance.
• Implement and monitor the Road to Success and Play to Win curricula for new hires.
• Lead JumpStart program by selecting bottom-quartile reps and driving improvement.
• Backfill on floor leadership to ensure 90-day hires reach 100% of budgeted VPG.
