Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. seeks a Sales Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs that elevate the capability and performance of the Commercial field sales team.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Market Access and Compliance to ensure alignment with brand objectives and corporate priorities. The role supports onboarding, ongoing capability development, and field-based training initiatives across virtual and in-person settings, including NSMs and POA

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required with focus in biotech/pharma or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant biotech/pharma experience and 3+ years in field sales.
• Minimum 1 year in field trainer, sales training, or equivalent role.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver training curricula for onboarding and product knowledge.
• Lead New Hire Training (NHT) and align with field expectations.
• Develop content for POA and NSMs with adult learning principles.
• Partner with Marketing, Market Access and Sales Leadership to ensure accuracy of materials.
• Manage training projects with timelines, quality standards and stakeholder alignment.
• Support continuous improvement through learner feedback and analytics.
