Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s or doctorate degree preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering learning programs in biotech/pharma/life sciences, oncology focus.
• Field sales training experience in oncology or related areas required; buy-and-bill/infusion/IV familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of field sales training programs including onboarding, product training, business acumen, selling skills, and ongoing capability development.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Compliance and external vendors to ensure content is accurate, relevant, compliant, and aligned to priorities.
• Translate commercial strategy into practical learning solutions that build field readiness and support execution.
