Abbott is seeking a Screening Sales Training Manager to lead commercial training for screening products, covering new hire and ongoing education. The role requires collaboration with field sales, marketing, and customer service, and will focus on product knowledge, disease states, and market understanding.

The position is onsite at the Madison, Wisconsin office four days a week and involves travel up to 33% to support national and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or field as outlined in the essential duties.
• 5+ years of sales or commercial experience.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with field sales, commercial effectiveness, sales leadership, marketing, and customer service to deliver learning.
• Develop and support components of the sales training program for promotion of products to newly hired and experienced team members.
• Organize, design, and facilitate continuing education to ensure medical affairs are knowledgeable in product knowledge, customer knowledge, data, and market understanding.
• Update and deliver new hire training and ongoing learning for the commercial organization.
• Partner with marketing and sales leadership to develop workshops for national, area, and regional meetings.
• Utilize LMS to organize training and identify gaps and improvements in learning processes.
