You will develop relationships with key healthcare leaders, train staff, ensure compliance with quality and regulatory policies, and deliver clinical insights to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in medical/healthcare/technical field.
• 1+ year in leadership or mentoring roles within a sales context.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR in the last 36 months.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Screening Solutions Specialists within a designated geography.
• Promote Abbott Cancer Diagnostics products to physicians, IDNs, and clinics.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage performance of the team.
• Forecast and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain sales targets, reporting, and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, and Company policies.
• Build relationships with key thought leaders and decision makers.
• Collaborate with regional resources to deliver clinical and technical content.
