Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure excellent customer service
• Complete product specialist certification courses
• Demonstrate merchandise knowledge and oversee department pricing/organization
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections
• Process customers at checkout and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines
• Stock and tag displays and create price tags
