Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Sales role in a retail environment. The position emphasizes exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will train and guide Product Sales Specialists while ensuring accurate merchandising and pricing. Core duties include assisting customers, processing sales at checkout, and participating in product certifications and store operations.

Qualifications

• High Scholl Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Act and work in a manner that is consistent with company’s core values
• Demonstrate the ability to drive and teach the company philosophy around the basic P’s of retail
• Provide direction to all product sales specialists to ensure a highly attentive and accurate level of customer service
• Complete all product specialist certification courses
• Communicate inventory needs to management
• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner
• Process customers at check-out using the POS system
