Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your book of business by cold calling and engaging with decision-makers.
• Develop and implement tailored sales training programs for teams and individuals.
• Conduct engaging training sessions to onboard and coach new hires.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to assess training needs and develop strategies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback, metrics, and performance assessments.
