You will enhance the performance of our sales force through practical training programs, ongoing coaching, and collaboration with Sales Managers to address training needs and drive results.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales training and coaching.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to build and manage a book of business.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your business by developing a client portfolio and engaging decision-makers.
• Develop and implement practical sales training programs for teams and individuals.
• Lead engaging training sessions for new hires and seasoned reps.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify training needs and strategy.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics, adjust as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching to new reps to reinforce concepts and performance.
• Mentor and coach new hires to accelerate their development.
