You will deliver engaging training, in-person and online, covering product knowledge, sales skills and leadership development, with opportunities for bonuses and a leadership track.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring/coaching, with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to grow professionally in insurance sales and leadership.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license and stay compliant.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs for sales reps and future leaders.
• Conduct in-person and online training sessions with practical exercises.
• Provide coaching to help reps set and reach career goals.
• Identify high-potential individuals for leadership roles.
• Support recruiting, onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
• Analyze sales data to spot trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate in field B2B sales and build your own book of business.
