Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is looking for a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness or special projects.

You will work with management to maintain relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for large and small off-premise stores, ensuring safe, productive execution of Red Bull standards. Upon successful completion of the training program, you may interview for open Account Sales Manager

Qualifications

Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, injury or other projects.
Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format off premise stores.
Obtain all tools to execute the daily plan and communicate priorities to ASMs/DSMs.
Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising.
Support audits, blitzes, building of displays, merchandising to drive the sales business.
