Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee in the United States to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, or special projects.

The trainee will work with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for on-premise and off-premise stores, following Red Bull standards. The program leads to an ASM role upon successful completion and certification.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory/displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Obtain tools and materials to execute the daily plan.
• Communicate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs and train with ASMs.
• Cover ASM routes and support in-store execution.
• Assist with audits, blitzes, and merchandising to drive sales.
