Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, injury or special projects.

The ST will work with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format off premise stores. The Sales Trainee program prepares you for future ASM roles, with eligibility to interview for open ASM positions upon successful

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for large & small format off premise stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner according to Red Bull standards.
• In-route support: cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets (sales, distributions, pricing, display).
• Off-route support: audits, blitzes, building displays, merchandising to drive sales.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card; ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
