Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company seeks a Sales Trainee to learn the fundamentals of account management and field sales. The role supports route coverage during vacations and peaks, while strengthening relationships with large and small format stores.

Successful trainees complete a program, earn certification, and may interview for ASM roles; if no open positions, they may extend up to 12 months, with a possible 6-month extension for high performers.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays

Responsibilities

• Undergo a structured training program to prepare for ASM role.
• Support sales initiatives and route coverage for ASM during absences.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations.
• Interface with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
• Cover ASM routes and meet daily KPIs (sales, pricing, display).
