Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee in a training capacity to support sales initiatives and ensure route coverage for ASM during vacations, sickness, or special projects. The trainee will work to maintain customer relationships across all large and small format off-premise stores, providing service in a safe, productive manner consistent with Red Bull standards.

Upon successful completion of the program and certification, the trainee may interview for Account Sales Manager

Qualifications

Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Responsibilities

Daily preparation: obtain tools and materials to execute the daily plan and coordinate with ASMs/DSMs on priorities.
In-route support: cover ASM routes as needed and meet KPI areas such as sales, distributions, pricing and merchandising.
In-route and off-route support: conduct audits, build displays, assist merchandising and corporate initiatives.
The Sales Trainee role is a training position with potential for promotion to Account Sales Manager or other qualified roles.
Role is at-will: termination can occur at any time for any reason or no reason.
