Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, illnesses, or special projects.

You will work to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format off premise stores, ensuring safety and brand standards. The program offers training with potential promotion to ASM roles.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service and sales experience is a plus.
• Valid US Driver’s License and ability to obtain DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Prepare daily plan with tools and coordinate priorities with ASMs/DSMs.
• Support in-route sales coverage and meet daily KPI targets.
• Assist with audits and merchandising to drive sales and display effectiveness.
• Maintain friendly relationships with customers to grow sales.
